At Innovare Atelier, we are committed to delivering high-quality, bespoke digital solutions that reflect the true essence of your brand. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a project has commenced.

1. Project Initiation

Upon signing the Service Agreement and making an initial deposit or full payment, the project is considered officially initiated. This includes but is not limited to, the commencement of design, development, and any preparatory work required.

2. No Refunds

Due to the custom nature of the services we provide, once work has begun on your project, we do not offer refunds. This includes design work, digital strategy development, branding, and any other services rendered as part of the project. All payments made are non-refundable.

3. Project Revisions

We aim to provide a collaborative experience where you are involved in every stage of the process. Our team will work closely with you to ensure your vision is captured accurately. While we do not offer refunds, we do provide opportunities for revisions and feedback during the process as outlined in the Service Agreement.

4. Termination of Services

If you decide to cancel the project at any point, we will complete and deliver all work up to the point of cancellation, provided the work has been paid for according to the agreed payment schedule. No refund will be issued for any payments made.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

While we do not offer refunds, our goal is your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the work completed, we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns by offering additional revisions or adjustments to meet your expectations. We strive for excellence in every project and are committed to creating digital solutions that align with your brand’s vision.

6. Force Majeure

In rare cases of force majeure, such as unforeseen events outside our control, we will work with you to find a reasonable solution. However, this does not entitle you to a refund.
